Jim was very patient, we went back and forth many times trying to get the best value for the options that we wanted (which model would have those options already, vs adding to a model). He is easy to talk trying to get the best value for the options that we wanted (which model would have those options already, vs adding to a model). He is easy to talk to and was quick to respond to any questions or request for information that I had (I would get the information within 24 hours). I also liked that he was honest about the amount of time that it would take to get the car - we were able to use that information to determine if we wanted to order one, chose one that they had in stock, or chose one that was on the way to the dealership. More

I just purchased my 5th Subaru from Heuberger Motors, which tells you something about my opinion of the vehicles and the dealership. But this was the first time I experienced doing most of the process o which tells you something about my opinion of the vehicles and the dealership. But this was the first time I experienced doing most of the process online. Thanks to Jim Adams, it could not have been easier. Jim was all about making sure that I had the information I needed to make a good decision; he was easily accessible by email, and answered any questions promptly and patiently. I never felt pressured or hurried -- to make a long story short, I found a beautiful Forester that was just what I was looking for, and at a price that I was happy with. Working with Jim to move things along online really made the best of my limited time. In short order I was at the dealership, where it took less than two hours from "meeting" the new car, through finalizing paperwork, to driving off the lot. Thanks to Jim, Heuberger was able to exceed my already-high expectations. Loving the new Subaru, and recommending Jim Adams & Heuberger. Don't hesitate -- they'll take good care of you. More

Our experience with Heuberger was excellent. Jim Adams was particularly attentive. He communicated with us via email and by phone to answer all our questions and make the sale arrangements. We were able to conclude the transaction in under an hour. The pricing was the best we could find, and we shopped five different dealerships from Colorado and New Mexico. So far I've had good and bad experiences purchasing and researching for new cars. Luckily enough, I have always purchased cars from those that have offered me a great customer service and a great price and researching for new cars. Luckily enough, I have always purchased cars from those that have offered me a great customer service and a great price. I could've saved my self the driving all the way to CO springs and bought my car from "the other guys" here in Denver, but I am happy I didn't. Jim is one of the best salesmen I've ever met; NOT pushy, patient and honest. He will tell you straight away what he can offer you, NEVER promising you something that he can't deliver. I purchased a brand new Crosstrek '13 and traded my VW Jetta '10, Heubeurger gave a good price for my VW and a GREAT price of my Crosstrek. The delivery was smooth; they even have a complementary non-alcoholic bar where one can wait while they finish the paperwork, I tried the raspberry limonade and I was DEeelicious! Even if you reside in Denver give them a try. We made an adventure out of going to the Springs and in the process test drove a car. It was well worth it, trust me. 5 stars through and through, I will buy from the again and will for sure recommend them with my friends here in Denver. More

I felt like I was talking to a friend, he made me feel at ease right from the start and it had been a long time since I purchased a car, so that meant alot to me. No games, hassels or pressure what so ever. He is very knowledgable and nice. Answered ever so many of my questions and went above and beyond my expectations. The Purchasing Dept. was great too and Octavio (spelling)? was very helpful and friendly explainig everything to me, and helping to save me money in the long run with different packages and options. This is the best experience I have ever had in getting a car (and I've gotten quite a few over the last 40 years). Jim answered my Internet inquiry right away and gave me the answers I requested in that fi car (and I've gotten quite a few over the last 40 years). Jim answered my Internet inquiry right away and gave me the answers I requested in that first email--he gave me MORE information than I had asked for. All previous dealers (and I spoke with at least 10) just wanted me to "come in" or were vague with answers; told me I had to settle for a different color or specs). Jim was committed to provide me with the car I wanted instead of trying to sell me what he had. He took care of all the work and details and had the car delivered to me--even though I live in South Carolina and your dealership is in Colorado! Once he turned me over to Vitto and the finance folks, they were awesome also. Everyone was prompt and kept me informed every step of the way. Jim was totally accessible and always got back to me when he said he would. He sent emails to keep me in the loop all along the way, even dealing with my son from Boston to finalize details. He was SUPER! I just wish you were here in Greenville, so I could continue to bring my car to you for service. I LOVE THE CAR; it is everything promised--and more--and exactly what I wanted! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I'm telling everyone that this is the way to buy a car--and I'm leaving your dealer sticker on my car, because I'm proud to tell everyone how great this dealership--and Jim--are!
