I can always count on Skyline Ford to take care of me and my Ford Escape. They got me in for service quickly even though it was not an emergency and they topped off my fluids, put air in my tires, gave me a my Ford Escape. They got me in for service quickly even though it was not an emergency and they topped off my fluids, put air in my tires, gave me a ride home and made sure that I had return ride to pick up my car. This is my third vehicle from Skyline Ford, and I have not been disappointed. They always give me personal service and are not too busy to help. If you are shopping for a car, I highly recommend talking to Phillip McColly in Sales. And Mel in Service deserves a raise for all she does for Ford customers. Thanks! More

Poor ethics, poor shop management, and poor customer care. I brought my 2021 F150 in for an adaptive front air-dam inspection. I was told the issue was covered under warranty and that a new part was care. I brought my 2021 F150 in for an adaptive front air-dam inspection. I was told the issue was covered under warranty and that a new part was ordered. I brought my truck back for the replacement when the new part arrived a few weeks later. A few hours later I received a call from Skyline service and was told that the part was cracked now so I would be responsible for the $1100 bill. I went to the shop and spoke with the service manager, who informed me that they ordered an adaptive front shutter in the grille. I was confused by this because I never asked for this part to be inspected or replaced, he even told me that it wouldn’t fix my issue. I really don’t understand where the adaptive shutter issue even came from or why it was ordered. When I clarified this, I was told that I would be responsible for the replacing the air-dam. I don’t know how a vehicle can be brought in for a specific inspection, the customer told of an issue, a promise of it being covered under warranty, and when a new part arrives the customer is told they have to pay for it because of damage that was never noted in the initial inspection. And where did the excuse of a separate issue and part come from? More
