Consistently great I needed regular service on my Dart, as well as wiper blades. Made a convenient appointment after work at 7:00 pm. Was pleasantly greeted by Scott St I needed regular service on my Dart, as well as wiper blades. Made a convenient appointment after work at 7:00 pm. Was pleasantly greeted by Scott Streeter and Ken Gray. Scott repeated what I wanted done. He confirmed that I wanted OEM wiper blades and took my car to get it started while Ken walked me into the waiting area. I got a nice cappuccino and had a pleasant wait chatting mostly with Ken, but also with Jim and Ed until Scott returned to alert me that my car was complete. He additionally, kindly, touched up a paint chip I had. Paying was quick and easy and I was on my way sooner than I expected. (And I was very thankful today in the rain when I could see beautifully out of my cleanly wiped windows:)). More

Very Impressed We were referred by Dave Kelleher, the owner of David Dodge to stop by and discuss various options that were available in order for our 22 yr old daug We were referred by Dave Kelleher, the owner of David Dodge to stop by and discuss various options that were available in order for our 22 yr old daughter to lease the car of her dreams, a 2015 Jeep Renegade. Thinking that it would be impossible to find a deal that she could afford for the Renegade we gave it a shot. We were met at the door by sales manager, Jim Atkins who asked salesman, Bob Wiebe to work with us to make the deal happen. Bob very patiently and professionally explained every leasing detail to our daughter, answered her questions, and expertly negotiated a deal that could work for our daughter. Needless to say, she walked out of the dealership to her new Jeep Renegade with a deal she could afford and a smile on her face. We would highly recommend this dealership. More

Made the Impossible Possible!! Having seen their spots on TV suggesting that you email the owner with what you wanted and he would make it happen, I thought, what do I have to lose. Having seen their spots on TV suggesting that you email the owner with what you wanted and he would make it happen, I thought, what do I have to lose. I needed a four wheel drive vehicle for work at a pretty low monthly payment and had a slightly spotty credit history. I was up front in my email about all of this and was very surprised to get an email back FROM THE OWNER personally within a day stating that he thought he could make something happen. He put a couple of his crew on the case and within about two weeks, they were able to make a deal happen! I received an email Friday morning that said come on down, we were all set, and Friday afternoon I drove home in my new vehicle, no muss, no fuss!! Everyone that helped put the deal together was awesome and I would not hesitate to recommend David Dodge to any friends or family, and I will definitely be back for my future car needs. I passed several dealers to get there and it was well worth the trip. More

incredible buying experience Just drove off the lot with our 2nd new car this month. Bob Weibe, our salesman was quarterback of the team who helped us through both deals. John with our first deal and Jan with our second made the financing process easy. Alisha from customer service went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. Dawn Hopson helped facilitate both deals on David's behalf. Today, Jim at David's request , made the deal happen. I cannot say enough about David, the owner, his personnel attention to detail and my deals was exceptional. I will be referring more business to Bob Wiebe and this outstanding group. Simply speaking, every part of the purchase sets the bar pretty This is a review about my purchase of a Jeep Wrangler from David Dodge on July 28th. Simply speaking, every part of the purchase sets the bar pretty darn high for what buying a car should be like. From my initial conversation over the phone confirming that they had the Jeep I wanted in stock, to arriving later that day with that Jeep sitting out front ready for me to test drive. While I had some information about the Jeep (this is my first Jeep purchase), Ed Belonga was clearly very knowledgable and was really patient in answering all of my questions (there were a lot of questions) about the Jeep. Completely patient and very friendly, Ed set the stage for a very easy purchase. In terms of the purchase itself, it was similarly very easy to get through the process of reviewing and discussing the numbers and I appreciate the timely focus that everyone there provided in getting to "done." Once we had all the numbers figured out, Ed and the folks at David Dodge made sure to move the process along (I had a very important appointment later that day, i.e., a date with my wife) and like clockwork, I was soon enough very happily driving out in my new Jeep! Two big thumbs up for David Dodge and Ed and Jim there! More

Terrible Experience but they fixed it My wife and I were looking at a new Jeep Cherokee. The car was great and the salesman (Bruno) said he could make the numbers work. They are advertisin My wife and I were looking at a new Jeep Cherokee. The car was great and the salesman (Bruno) said he could make the numbers work. They are advertising 0% financing so we trusted him. The first sheet he brings to us shows an offer of full price for the Jeep and a seriously low-ball trade value on our 2012 Chevy Sonic. It showed a monthly payment for five years that was almost $200 more than we wanted to spend. I told him the offer was insulting. He said he would fight for us to get the right number. An hour later, he said that he got the number where we needed it to be. The whole time, he would not show us the actual number he would verbally give us their next offer. We agreed to buy the car. An hour and a half later we are sent to the finance office. First time I see the numbers. The price is still close to msrp and the offer for our trade in came up $1500. When I see the numbers I ask the finance guy how our payments can possibly be where we need them with that price especially considering the loan was not interest free! He said it's a 75 month loan. That was the first time we heard that even though we told Bruno forcefully that we did not want a loan longer than 60 months. When I asked about the 0% financing, Bruno said "there really is no such thing as 0% financing." At that point they had already switched our insurance and we're having the jeep detailed. I told them to stop everything and give us back our Sonic. They did but not until two other people tried to justify the switcgeroo. Wasted 3 hours wth these crooks. Update: the next day the sales manager called. He said the owner emailed him that our treatment was not acceptable and that he needed to call and apologize and see if he could fix it. He (Jim Adkins) called me and did that. He called me back and said that the owner said they should honor the deal offered: 0% financing for 60 months at the payment amount we told them we needed to be at. We really liked that car so we agreed and went there today and bought the car. Everything was just as it was promised. Bad start but they did fix it in the end. More
