Excellent Service!! I would not go anywhere else but Wickstrom Chevrolet - Roselle. Their staff are always exceptionally courteous, their prices are very comparable, and I would not go anywhere else but Wickstrom Chevrolet - Roselle. Their staff are always exceptionally courteous, their prices are very comparable, and they ALWAYS stand behind their work & vehicles. We have bought 3 vehicles from them just in the past 5 years, and from the quality of their vehicles to their customer service, there is no way we would go elsewhere! 5 stars!! More

Purchased a new 2014 Equinox This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. The sales, finance and service teams were so easy to work with. We were looking at several other dealerships in the area and not one of them made the effort to treat us with respect like Wickstrom Chevy did. We had several timing issues in trying get to the dealership to pick up the Equinox but that was no problem for Wickstrom. They allow me to pick up the vehicle and bring it home and come back later to finish up the paper work when my wife and I were both available at the same time. The price was unbeatable. They were willing to time the sale so we could take advantage of the most current incentives to save us a lot of money. Thank you Wickstrom Chevy Team! More

Wickstrom Chevrolet's service department is very good. There employees are incredibly friendly and nice, they always say hi and they know who their repeat customers are and greet you like a friend, good. They will make sure you are happy with the service you receive. I needed the key less entry system in my car repaired and Jim made sure that everything was perfect in the car. I purchased a 2003 Malibu from the dealership on/about February 1, 2013. About a week ago the muffler suddenly sounded VERY loud and I could hear a rattling sound under the car. The muffler had somehow gotten disconnected and they repaired it at no charge and washed my car also. I was very pleased that they stood behind their used cars; even a used car shouldn't have a disconnected muffler after only a month of regular use. Sean was very nice and polite. The dealership itself is pleasant to be in. When I purchased the car the staff was very professional which was important since I was a woman buying a car alone. One reason I purchased my car from Wickstrom was because a friend of mine also purchased her car there and was pleased by the way she was treated as a woman purchasing a car alone. More

In two days, Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet in Roselle did what another dealer couldn't do in six months: fix my driver's seat. The staff was friendly, able to note an issue immediately, and made it possible for m another dealer couldn't do in six months: fix my driver's seat. The staff was friendly, able to note an issue immediately, and made it possible for me to keep me 2012 Malibu. The previous dealer (see review) had created additional issues with the seat which caused my legs to go numb when driving then refused additional service. No, my seat is straight, even, and comfortable. My legs no longer go numb and I plan to keep the Malibu for the remaining 70,000 miles on my warranty. So, for the next three years I plan to utilize Dick Wickstrom Roselle service center. In addition to being competent at making repairs, they delivered me a loaner car to use. The experience was so easy, exactly how it ought to be. More

Today, I checked my oil, and needed to get it changed. I usually go somewhere else in Roselle, but remembered that after purchasing my Malibu in June of this year, Jared said to come in for my first oil cha usually go somewhere else in Roselle, but remembered that after purchasing my Malibu in June of this year, Jared said to come in for my first oil change free of charge. I called last minute and spoke to Sean in Service, asked if he had a time slot available, he worked me into the schedule and also, had my tires rotated,filled them with air and even gave me a car wash. All complimentary!! This is why I love Wickstroms!! My Parents were long time customers, since 1972, I have been to other dealers, but this last summer Jared worked on my deal, along with Mark and Tony in finance. What a great team, they helped with not only getting me a brand new 2012 Malibe, but Mark and Tony worked on "pairing" my Iphone. Thank you Guys!!! Patty (Beverly) Bouras More

We love this dealership. We have bought more than one car (Malibu and Equinox) from this dealer and other family members have as well. We keep coming back because of their friendly personalities and the car (Malibu and Equinox) from this dealer and other family members have as well. We keep coming back because of their friendly personalities and the fact that they honestly care about and want to help their customers. I have been to other car dealers where I wanted to get out as soon as possible because I felt they could care less about me and just wanted to make a sale. At Wickstrom we have bought from Mark Conover and he honestly gave me a different opinion about working with car a salesman. I can go to Mark and get all my questions answered truthfully either about a car or the financial options involved. I can feel confident with the information and know exactly what my options are. He went out of this way to help us with any questions or concerns and made sure our experience was positive. I do not feel pressured in any way to buy our next car from Wickstrom, but I would anyway because of how much I appreciate and respect the overall atmosphere of their workplace and how they treat their customers. I also appreciate their service department and their eagerness to help ensure the customer is happy. I also have not had any major problems with our cars from this dealer. We are very pleased with our purchases. More
