Always a pleasant experience. I never make an appointment, and they always let me bring it in and drop off both of my Chevys. Good News My car was choking out at stop lights. I brought it in to Wickstrom Chevrolet without an appointment and they serviced it that same day. I was havin My car was choking out at stop lights. I was having a bad week as far as progress on an addition that I am putting on my home and the health of my wife's mom. It felt good to have the car problem resolved quickly. It was even more good news when I was told that the car issue was covered under warranty. More

Great Service I have been coming to Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet for the past several years. I am always pleased with their service that they perform on my car. Service mangers are polite and always take time to explain any other needed service my car might need. More

Excellent Service!! I would not go anywhere else but Wickstrom Chevrolet - Roselle. Their staff are always exceptionally courteous, their prices are very comparable, and I would not go anywhere else but Wickstrom Chevrolet - Roselle. Purchased a new 2014 Equinox This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. The sales, finance and service teams were so easy to work with. We were looking at This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. The sales, finance and service teams were so easy to work with. We were looking at several other dealerships in the area and not one of them made the effort to treat us with respect like Wickstrom Chevy did. We had several timing issues in trying get to the dealership to pick up the Equinox but that was no problem for Wickstrom. They allow me to pick up the vehicle and bring it home and come back later to finish up the paper work when my wife and I were both available at the same time. The price was unbeatable. They were willing to time the sale so we could take advantage of the most current incentives to save us a lot of money. Thank you Wickstrom Chevy Team! More
