From the moment we walked on the lot and met Jim there was zero pressure. He was very thorough in the walk through of the Atlas we were interested in. We were very direct in our intent to just test drive was zero pressure. He was very thorough in the walk through of the Atlas we were interested in. We were very direct in our intent to just test drive today. During our test drive he walked us through the different options the Atlas provided as well as what Volkswagen was doing for its customers. At the end of the day and visiting a few other car lots my Wife was set on the Atlas and Jim's customer service had a lot to do with that. So what started as a day of just looking turned into us going home with a new Atlas! I will definitely recommend Jim and Jim Ellis VW Kennesaw to our friends and family. More
