Our sales person was Gem and he was polite, courteous, efficient and excellent in his work and customer service. The financing was a breeze, no long wait, no haggling, no Nickle and diming. This was our second experience with Matt and he didn't disappoint us, he is beyond excellent. We love VW and it's the Jim Ellis service that drew us back for our third VW and we will return again when we need another car. Customer service and a great product equals lifelong customers. More
