We went in for a test drive of the Jeep and I was trying out multiple brands of vehicles to decide which I liked best. After our test drive with Jim, he answered all the questions we had and we left. The best part of all of this was I didn't get a single pestering phone call or email from this dealership. After going to many other dealerships and trying several other vehicles, I decided I wanted a Jeep and went back to Jim. The reason I went back, Jim did not pester me. I got multiple calls and emails from other dealerships while I was trying to decide and I do not like that. I purposely went back to Imperial because that didn't happen and they had a great price. I am sure I was supposed to get pestered by Imperial but I got lucky and so did they because I bought the vehicle as soon as Jim got what I wanted in stock and I love it. Jim was excellent to work with and I highly recommend Jim and the Imperial facility. More

In addition, the staff is friendly and work well together too. Mike Walsh (in finance) was great as well. He walked us through the entire process step by step. Top to bottom, the team at Imperial Chrysler is top notch. I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Dave Mello was very helpful too. Mike presented us with a gift card(on behalf of him and Jim) to The Diner on site to go and have a nice lunch with my oldest daughter while they did all the work on the car deal. We went to a local Jeep dealer, and were given a price, lease payment, and a test drive. The following weekend, I brought him to Imperial Jeep, where Jim helped us, and it was night and day difference. So much knowledge, respect, and comfort, it was a completely different feel. Plus, they had the right Jeep, with the right options, at a much better price and deal. Not a lot of back and forth, just an excellent price and overall good feeling. Very happy with the process and the salesmen I dealt with! I recently purchased a used ford edge from imperial this past weekend. I originally went to the dealer to look at a grand cherokee but it was just out I recently purchased a used ford edge from imperial this past weekend. I originally went to the dealer to look at a grand cherokee but it was just outside my price range. I worked with Jim originally and he was very helpful and friendly and stayed in touch with me after I left that first night. When I asked Jim about the ford edge that was on their website he was quick to respond and set a time for me to come in. He was off that day, so he set me up with Ed, Ed was very friendly as well and answered all my questions. I test drove it and then sat down with Rami who was very helpful and sealed the deal. During the process Ed came in and gave us a giftcard to their diner next door since it was close to dinner time. Ed was nice enough to have it detailed for me before I picked it up. I went there Sunday morning and was greeted by both Jim and Ed and they swapped my plates for me and sent me on my way. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I will definitely be returning next time I need a vehicle and will recommend it to anyone that needs to purchase a new vehicle More
