Best Car Buying Experince We Have Ever Had My wife and I showed up at Winslow BMW one evening intending to kick tires on a 328d Sports Wagon. Upon entering the brand new, very inviting, buildin My wife and I showed up at Winslow BMW one evening intending to kick tires on a 328d Sports Wagon. Upon entering the brand new, very inviting, building, we were promptly and courteously greeted by Bob Evans. He helped us track down the car we wanted to look at (a 2015 model that was very well priced), and demonstrated his knowledge of not only the car, but of the brand in general. After a test drive, my wife was obviously in love with the car, and we proceeded to sign and drive without the typical feeling of pressure to buy that we have felt at other dealers in the past. We were as much motivated by my wife's love of the car as we were by the professional and courteous manner in which we were treated by Bob and the other people we interacted with at Winslow BMW. The process was smooth; everyone was fast and thorough in doing their jobs. We had some questions the following day and walked in without an appointment, and unfortunately Bob was on a test drive and not available, which we understood. Rather than force us to make an appointment or wait until he was available, we were helped by Scott, who was also very knowledgeable and eager to help us. Everyone with whom we have dealt at Winslow obviously wanted us to be happy with our purchase as well as our experience during and after the purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. More

Great Buying Experience I was recommended to the BMW brand and this dealership, specifically Bob, by a friend who has a 428i and has graciously let us drive it many times. I I was recommended to the BMW brand and this dealership, specifically Bob, by a friend who has a 428i and has graciously let us drive it many times. I had done my research and decided to purchase a 320i after test driving the model I had reviewed at their website. Bob is extremely knowledgeable on the brand and answered all our questions on the test ride. I was ready and said "start the paperwork"......or I thought I was ready. Had to go back home and on the way, my wife asked if I had seen the 228i convertible. Not being much of a convertible guy, I was not interested, but when I got home, my mind said look up the 228i. Well, not only did they have the convertible, but a coupe. I was impressed and felt I have to see the coupe or I will wonder if I missed out on something. In a nutshell, I decided to go with the 228i (i call it the 428i's little sister) after Bob took me for a test drive. It is SO fun to drive! Bob, Neil and Jim were very patient with me and changed the paperwork. I am very happy (and so is the wife). When your ready to look and/or buy, go see Bob! More

2009 BMW 135i I had participated in a BMW drive event and I was hooked. I couldn't quite afford a new BMW, but there were some very affordable BMWs to be had. This I had participated in a BMW drive event and I was hooked. I couldn't quite afford a new BMW, but there were some very affordable BMWs to be had. This is one of Winslow's key differentiators from other dealers (not just BMW dealers, but all dealers) - they work with YOU on what YOU can afford and what you need. Scott Lord and Scott Madelin helped me pick out the right car for me. The 135i is a super powerful "sleeper", meaning it's fast and powerful but looks relatively normal (no giant wings or brightly colored rims). The car was CPO (see my repair review). This means it had some warranty left on it. My BMW feels like a new car and I'm excited every time I get to drive it! I think both Scotts listened carefully to me and determined what I really needed. Jim Carlson was open and up front about every aspect of the financing arrangement. He didn't aggressively push anything on me, though I did add a few options for peace of mind. Overall, Winslow was very fair. They treat me so well whenever I go to the dealership (I have an older BMW as well). They really have a huge qualitative advantage over any other dealerships in the area, and certainly over the other BMW dealers in Colorado. More

Fuel Injectors and a job well done My CPO (certified pre-owned) 2009 135i started to run really rough and a check engine light came on. I happen to have an Automatic brand dongle on my My CPO (certified pre-owned) 2009 135i started to run really rough and a check engine light came on. I happen to have an Automatic brand dongle on my OBD-II port and it reported cylinder 4 as being at fault. I used the BMW Roadside app and within an hour my car was on a flatbed headed to Winslow. The car went in while the dealership was closed, but on the next business day, the car was fixed, washed and back in my hands. Winslow didn't scrimp on the repair either. One fuel injector had gone bad. They indicated this sometimes happens and that the injector had an index below 10, which required it and all the injectors to be replaced. Now the car runs better than when I bought it. I really appreciate the friendliness of Eddy and the service techs. I also really appreciate them getting my car on the road ASAP! More
