What a pleasure purchasing a beautiful 2007 MB SL 550 from this dealer. Both Rod & Jim were extremely professional in every way. Purchased the vehicle without seeing it or driving it. Pictures only but b from this dealer. Both Rod & Jim were extremely professional in every way. Purchased the vehicle without seeing it or driving it. Pictures only but both Rod & Jim walked me through the entire vehicle making me feel very comfortable. My first site of the car was when the transport driver delivered to my home. 2nd Purchase Generally you wouldn't make a 2nd purchase if the 1st purchase went south, right? We've got NOTHING bad to say about Joe Kase & the team. I don't know who coined the phrase initially, and it's very apropos...."It's all good"! Our 1st vehicle with Genuine, my wife flew down to get the car. My wife might not go over a vehicle like I would had I been the one to get the car, but I trusted Joe's description & my wife came thru as well...like I said, it was all good. That was a few years ago. I always keep an eye out for another car whether I'm in the market or not, and that way I can get s/what of a feel for what cars are being listed for, even though you really never know what they end up selling for. Anyways... I really wasn't needing another car at the moment, but this was one of those that you don't want to pass on, right? :) Well we both flew down this time because we planned on taking in a day at Disney, but really even moreso, I wanted to meet Joe. Joe and e/one we met is professional. Meeting Joe for the 1st time when we arrived at the dealership, I can tell you, that it was as comfortable as it gets...it was like I had known him for a long time. The same can be said about Jim, the gentleman who we communicated with for the most part, by way of phone, and also emails back/forth. Bob picked us up at the airport (a retired gentleman who just loves cars & helps out on occassion)...we met Michael Giordano in the parking lot who was ready to help (a real go getter & very pleasant!)...met Jim once we entered the d'ship, and spotted Joe outside before we even walked in. Nick Burton tended to the paperwork, and EVERYONE was not just professional, but just flat out nice! Without reservation, Joe and Genuine Motorcars will be a consideration for our next purchase! Great experience buying my dream car sight unseen Once I realized I was going to have to buy my Audi R8 sight unseen and have it shipped to me, I started researching dealers all over the nation. Jim Once I realized I was going to have to buy my Audi R8 sight unseen and have it shipped to me, I started researching dealers all over the nation. Jim was extremely attentive to my questions and truly made me feel secure about making such a big purchase without ever being able to see the car before it was too late to turn back. He was incredibly transparent about the car’s history, offered to have it inspected by an Audi dealer for me, and even sold me a warranty to protect my investment. First class service for sure. I would buy another used car from Jim again and will certainly recommend Jim and Genuine Motorcars to my friends and family. More

I never write reviews however I bought a Mazda MX5RF from these guys and it was as exactly as described I would never hesitate to buy a car from these guys again. The car is cherry and in almost mint conditi these guys and it was as exactly as described I would never hesitate to buy a car from these guys again. The car is cherry and in almost mint condition. I think Jim D, was so easy to work with and did exactly what he told me, I have never bought a car online from almost a 1000 miles away and was very skeptical about the process but to my surprise I received exactly what was advertised. I can not thank Jim enough. He really delivered. If you are considering buying a car from him I would encourage you to definitely do it. Jim made it painless. Great Out of State Experience As an out-of-state customer from Illinois, I admit that I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a vehicle sight-unseen; the fear of not being able to e As an out-of-state customer from Illinois, I admit that I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a vehicle sight-unseen; the fear of not being able to ensure the vehicle is as advertised in person before considering a purchase was my primary concern. With that said, Genuine Motorcars not only put those fears at rest, they provided me with one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I have experienced. Being that I was purchasing a vehicle during the COVID-19 pandemic, where most places were closed, Genuine Motorcars was open and ready to assist me in any way possible. The communication was consistent and any details that I required (I had a large list btw) were addressed via email and over the phone. By the time I made the decision to go forward with the purchase, I had enough service records, vehicle history reports, pictures, and videos for me to be confident that I was purchasing a trustworthy vehicle. For remote customers, Genuine Motorcars will set up the delivery of your vehicle using a network of delivery companies they are familiar with, whether you want an enclosed or exposed transportation. To prove that Genuine Motorcars stands behind the vehicles they sell, they provide a powertrain warranty (usually 3 months/3000 miles but 1 month/1000 miles for my specific vehicle) to cover any issues after purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, I did have to utilize the warranty as my vehicle came with a drive axle issue that was not discovered in a recently performed dealership service inspection. Genuine Motorcars stayed true to their word and worked with me to quickly resolve the issue with a dealership here in Illinois and I was back on the road in no time. I want to give a special thanks to Nick Burton, Joe Lentini and Jim Diguiseppe at Genuine Motorcars for your great customer service and support. I will recommend them to anyone, whether as an in-person customer or for those looking to buy remotely. More

Completely unprofessional Just want to put out a warning to anybody checking out this dealership to not bother. I tried to buy a car from them which they had priced at $35,700. Just want to put out a warning to anybody checking out this dealership to not bother. I tried to buy a car from them which they had priced at $35,700. I offered $35,000 and asked them to finance it. The finance manager, Jim walked me thru the application process and followed up with a question that same evening. I sent it in and didn't hear anything from him. I called him on his cell and tried emailing him and still no answer back. I finally called the main line and was connected to him and when I asked him what was going on with the loan he completely lied to me about sending me a reply earlier stating that we were too far apart on the car. Also that he had sold the car for the full price. He was a complete jerk about the whole process. Buyer beware. More
