They understood that I had never purchased a car, sight unseen, before and were able to really set my mind at ease. We were able to complete all the necessary paperwork via gmail. When I wired my hard earned money to them, I knew I was dealing with professionals I could trust. I never felt any pressure. They offered and I accepted that they take a video of the car that totally demonstrated to me that this was the car that I wanted to buy. Again, communication was prompt every step of the way. After they confirmed the wire transfer of the funds, the car was with a shipper the very next day, and delivered to my door, 800 miles distance, the day after that. The car was exactly what I expected... I love this car. Seamless, painless and would not hesitate to deal with these folks again. The car only had 7,700 miles on it and it was like getting a new car. It still smells like new leather inside! More

misrepresented quality of car i was planning on purchasing I had the car inspected by lemon squad which is a national company that inspects a car before purchase they brought out many conditions and problems I had the car inspected by lemon squad which is a national company that inspects a car before purchase they brought out many conditions and problems that were not brought out to me by the dealership some of them were scratches, dings, 2 bumpers and 2 panels repainted and repainted poorly The lemon provided pictures to show them Also the tires were dry rotted None of this was mentioned except Jim, the salesman thought the tires might have some dry rot issue but wasn't sure This was an internet transaction and trust was expected with the seller. I expected honest evaluation of the car and didn't receive it Jim told me there were a few minor scratches they could correct and no dings. There is no way he didn't know of more extensive problems and had to have a third party bring them to my attention. be sure and get an independent opinion before you get a car from them. More
