I purchased a used Ford Escape last week and I do plan on soon purchasing a new vehicle from Bozard. I was very pleased with the effort and the workmanship from everyone there. I have bought several vehicles and never felt that I was getting a good as deal as I should, until I bought from Bozard. So there is NO DOUBT I don't plan on buying from any other dealer. I would highly recommend Bozard to anybody. More

Best car buying experience! I've purchased quite a few new cars in my lifetime but Bozard was certainly the best experience. I started my search online and a pristine used Ex I've purchased quite a few new cars in my lifetime but Bozard was certainly the best experience. I started my search online and a pristine used Expedition caught my eye so I inquired for more information. That was the first time I was put in touch with Jim through email. He was very quick to respond and assured me Bozard was honest and there were no gimmicks to be played once I arrived at the dealer. After arriving and a quick test test drive we worked up a few quick agreeable numbers and I was out the door in less than two hours from start to finish. A year after that purchase we were in the market for something a little more fuel efficient so I emailed Jim directly. Stop here and ask yourself how many salesman that you have dealt with in the past would even still be working at the same dealership a year later?! Jim came back immediately and recommend the Cmax Energi and said I would be surprised how affordable the car would actually be. He ran a few numbers through email and we were pleasantly surprised how the low price of the car and gas savings would benefit our family. We are still enjoying that car today and we send everyone who is considering a car to Bozard. They aren't the dealership screaming at you with annoying radio ads or putting up huge tents for no reason because their best advertising is word of mouth from satisfied customers! We had some trips that caused us not to be as engaged at the beginning of our shopping. Jim understood BUT he also kept in touch with us, which was not our experience with other Ford dealers. Once we were able to get down to the dealership, Jim was patient, relaxed and informative. We were also able to meet several other Lincoln "team members" and all seemed personable and helpful. Our Finance person, Kevin Mitchell was also very helpful and informative. All in all, an excellent experience! We are looking forward to a similar experience on the service side. More

The passenger side windshield wiper stopped working on September 5. I took it to Autonation Ford in Jacksonville thinking the warranty would cover it. Imagine my surprise when they told me that it wasn't covered by the extended warranty and it would cost $825 to replace the wiper motor assembly. I called Bozard and spoke to Alex. We set up an appointment. Bozard fixed the wiper problem and it cost me nothing. I'll go back there to buy my next car. More
