He is a former business owner, and has dealt with the sales and service with everything from John boats to high end luxury yachts. He is a two-time Customer Satisfaction Award winner (2013 and 2014) for sales and Lincoln Sr Advisor of the year (2020). When not at work Jim spends his time in St. Augustine, and likes to keep up with his 2 sons and daughter, who happens to be a Flagler Grad!
