Since my wife was not able Jim Ellis was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and concerns about vehicle types, selection and costs. Since my wife was not able to be with me, I had to convey the provided information to her for her input as this was going to be a significant investment and would be something that we would keep for quite awhile. I appreciated Jim's patience and the fact that he did not use "pressure" sales techniques. He appears to really know his merchandise and does come across as someone who wants to help you any way he can to make your vehicle shopping experience pleasant and not stressful. I would recommend him to friends who might be interested in purchasing a new Toyota vehicle. More
