Very professional dealership with dedicated employees. This is a very professional and well run dealership with dedicated and gracious staff. The waiting area is filled with luxurious and comfortable seat This is a very professional and well run dealership with dedicated and gracious staff. The waiting area is filled with luxurious and comfortable seating the likes of which I have not seen in Lincoln, Cadillac, and even Jaguar and Mercedes dealerships. And, in contrast to the latter two manufacturers, Toyota of Cool Springs is completely without the pretense. My salesman Jim Gile is totally professional, likeable, and a veteran of this dealership with 16 years of solid experience. His product knowledge especially impressed me because with having purchased more than two dozen new cars in the past, I have encountered all sorts of sales people, some good and some quite inept. Jim quickly realized that I was not interested in playing games with numbers and immediately located exactly what I was interested in at a Kentucky dealership 230 miles away and offered a purchase price on this 2019 Toyota 4-Runner Limited which virtually eliminated any desire on my part to shop further. The result was a quick and enjoyable sales experience. That's professionalism! More
