I gave Jeff my budget, told him what I was looking for in a new car, and went on several test drives. He was extremely patient, an exceptional listener, and transparent and direct about what could and couldn’t be negotiated (extremely refreshing). I walked out with a new 2018 Camry SE that I love, because Jeff spent 7 hours of his day working to ensure that I got a vehicle I loved at a price that wouldn’t decimate my budget.
