I am Jim Halford, Service Director at Love Honda in Homosassa, Fl. I have spent the past 35 plus years striving to provide a great experience for all of my customers. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl. I enlisted in the US Army for 2 years out of high school before getting into my first Honda Service Managers position in North Florida. After many years there, I moved to Murfreesboro, Tn, spending 19 years at a large Honda store as a Fixed Operations Director before coming back home to Florida. I look forward to meeting all of our customers.

Fast and friendly service department I have had such good experiences with this service department, that I drive from Gainesville FL (where there is a Honda service dept. locally) to this I have had such good experiences with this service department, that I drive from Gainesville FL (where there is a Honda service dept. locally) to this one a full hour's drive away. The staff is knowledgeable, and helpful, and actually suggested alternative services from what I had chosen, to achieve the same services yet save me money. As far as I'm concerned, Love Honda of Homassassa FL is the best. More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE I am extremely pleased at the professional courtesy that Jim Halford showed when helping me with issues on my 2016 Honda Accord. If it wasn't for him, I am extremely pleased at the professional courtesy that Jim Halford showed when helping me with issues on my 2016 Honda Accord. If it wasn't for him, I would have been alone in my claim with the warranty company. He truly went to bat for me and helped me at every level. Love Honda should be proud that he is the leader of the Service Dept. He leads by example in taking care of his customers, even though he is the manager. He could have easily delegated it to others, but instead helped me from start to finish. I am one happy, totally satisfied customer. Thank you!! More
