I am Jim Halford, Service Director at Love Honda in Homosassa, Fl. I have spent the past 35 plus years striving to provide a great experience for all of my customers. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl. I enlisted in the US Army for 2 years out of high school before getting into my first Honda Service Managers position in North Florida. After many years there, I moved to Murfreesboro, Tn, spending 19 years at a large Honda store as a Fixed Operations Director before coming back home to Florida. I look forward to meeting all of our customers.

Did not do it right the first time. Had my 2009 Honda Fit towed to the dealer. They discovered rodent damage to the wiring below the air filter on top of the transmission. I was told the Had my 2009 Honda Fit towed to the dealer. They discovered rodent damage to the wiring below the air filter on top of the transmission. I was told they would solder and shrink wrap the damaged wiring. Got the car home and discovered the wiring repair was just crimped and there was still mouse debris in the damaged area. I notified them and they told me to bring it back. The repair was done properly the second time. As a customer I expect to have the job done right the first time. More
