Great Customer Service I bought my Accord brand new in 2005 from Roush. It was time to trade it in for something bigger, but I didn't want to pay the price for new. I had be I bought my Accord brand new in 2005 from Roush. It was time to trade it in for something bigger, but I didn't want to pay the price for new. I had been searching online for 2 months, and narrowed my search down to a CRV or a Toyota RAV4. I compared every dealership for pricing, etc. I took a final look at Roush, and determined I would go there because it's close to home, and I had a good experience with the new sales team. We were approached in a timely manner by Jim Hartsook. I immediately informed him that I was not in a pressured situation to buy anything, but told him exactly what I was looking for, and if he could provide the right numbers, I would trade my car and make a purchase. He showed us what they had, answered all questions directly and honestly, and was very patient with my indecisiveness. Never, at any point, did he pressure me, or try to persuade me to purchase a more expensive vehicle. He was honest, and patiently dealt with me until we reached a number that worked for me. I have never dealt with a salesperson who has as much integrity as Jim Hartsook! I greatly appreciate his approach to sales, and will definitely return to him in the future. Thanks again, Jim!!!! unexpected We had already picked out a vehicle we wanted from another dealership. Another Honda of course. We came to Roush just to look at one or two more cars to make sure that was the one we wanted. There happened to be a new trade that just came in that was perfect. It was a good price for a great vehicle. The service was friendly and fast. It was Memorial Day weekend so it was pretty busy bu they took care of us very quickly. He was able to work with me on the price and trade in order to get it in my price range and get us in the car. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
