I initially began working with Jim Hartsook several weeks ago as I began my hunt for a used Honda that my wife would feel comfortable with. Being a Honda "lifer", I was already familiar with the quality tha ago as I began my hunt for a used Honda that my wife would feel comfortable with. Being a Honda "lifer", I was already familiar with the quality that most have come to expect in Honda's. Although I was unable to find something on my first visit with Jim, he was able to provide some great insight and direction as I continued my search. My second visit with Roush, Jim Hartsook was off work; however, Tom Miller stepped up to the plate and was instrumental in ultimately putting my wife and I the wondering Accord we purchased. SInce we ran out of time with Tom, we were able to finish the process with Jim and make a terrific and fair deal. No high pressure sales and no "I have to feed my kids" sales pitches. Roush has earned life long customers if this is the experience they continue to provide. As I work in a customer service driven environment, I understand the importance of exceeding the expectation of customers and Roush has absolutely hit a home run! Thank you all! More
