I have been happily married for 15 years to my lovely wife Kristin we have 2 boys Griffin and Garrett who attend big walnut schools. While not working at Roush Honda I enjoy hunting, fishing and staying fit. If you are in the market for a vehicle please allow me the chance to earn your business I have two young boys who keep my wife and I busy. When I am not at the dealership, you will find me pitching baseballs to my boys or fishing on a lake somewhere. I have 20 years of sales experience 12 of those years have been here at Roush Honda. If you enjoy a low-pressure environment, coupled with good prices and outstanding service then you must deal with Mr. Jim Hartsook. Deal with anyone else and you do yourself and your wallet a huge disse good prices and outstanding service then you must deal with Mr. Jim Hartsook. I have always heard good things about Roush Honda, so I decided to give them a shot even though I prefer to buy used cars privately. My wife and I worked with Jim Hartsook and were able to find an Odyssey decided to give them a shot even though I prefer to buy used cars privately. My wife and I worked with Jim Hartsook and were able to find an Odyssey that fit our rapidly "expanding" family. Jim and the sales department addressed all of our concerns and helped us through the process without being pushy and without withholding information about the vehicles. I would recommend Roush Honda to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car because I truly believe they have a business model that puts the customer first. More

Have dealt with Roush for 9 years to service my previous Accord and was very satisfied so when considering a "new" used car, checked the internet for availability of model I was interested in. Jim was very Accord and was very satisfied so when considering a "new" used car, checked the internet for availability of model I was interested in. Jim was very low key - not the typical "pushy" salesperson so many other places I have gone seem to have. Was very helpful and pleasant. Everyone that I have dealt with have been extremely courteous and friendly. :) More

I have been dealing with Roush Honda for several years for dealer service related work. I decided to check them out for purchasing a new-to-me (used) car. I was very satisfied with their level of service for dealer service related work. I decided to check them out for purchasing a new-to-me (used) car. I was very satisfied with their level of service and their ability to come to an agreement on price with little hassle. They were also very accommodating with my requirements for my purchase. They also offered me exactly Kelly Blue Book for my trade in and in my estimation that was quite generous on their part. I have been a satisfied customer for several years to this point and I am still very happy with them. I HIGHLY recommend them for working on your Honda and or purchasing a new car. More

This dealership had been recommended by my sister and co-worker. Roush has a good reputation of being a family-owned dealership who treats people right.
