great service, knowledgeable salesman Jim greeted us warmly. He sat us down and asked what we were looking for. We weren't sure so we looked at a few cars on the floor. Then we sat down again and made a decision on what car to test drive. He got the car, went with us and explained all the features, and when we got back we were ready to see about the price. We had a trade in and got a price for that. Then we worked on the price of the car and a few extras. We reached an agreement and we were good to go. Jenny sold us a few more options and the last guy (Larry???) worked with us on financing and warranties. We left the car and it was ready to go the next day with everything we wanted. Then Jim showed us how to use all the features ad we were off in our new car. Very efficient, very smooth. A nice experience all the way around. This was our first purchase on a Toyota. It went very well. More
