Went to look, left with a sequoia! We had a great experience at Inver Grove Toyota! We went in to look and ask a few questions and ended up trading in our 4Runner for a Sequoia! I live quite a distance from the dealership and Jim was very patient over the phone in answering my many questions and he was key in helping me get there so I could test drive it, as my car broke down and I had no way to get there. I like that he was low-key and not trying to pressure me. I wanted some additional work done and rather than having to drive back, he worked it out so I could take a loaner home and they could do the work right away for me so I only had to make one trip back. The service I received from Jim was excellent! More

Found a great car at a great deal. Very satisfied. Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. I worked with JIM HAYES and appreciated his professional, helpful and no-pressure approach. I needed a used car, did all of my research and found the year/make/model for a car on my list. It was priced higher than a similar car at another dealership and when I called the dealership, Jim didn't hesitate to match the price even though it had slightly fewer miles and a few more trim options. The test drive went well and Jim was very knowledgeable about the car even though it wasn't a Toyota. Inver Grove Toyota was even able to secure financing at a rate that was about a quarter of a percent lower than my bank and half a percent lower than a competing dealership. IMO, buying a used car is not a fun time but if you do your research and have someone like Jim Hayes at Inver Grove Toyota to work with then it's a very satisfying experience. I couldn't be more pleased with my "new" used car! More
