I live quite a distance from the dealership and Jim was very patient over the phone in answering my many questions and he was key in helping me get there so I could test drive it, as my car broke down and I had no way to get there. I like that he was low-key and not trying to pressure me. I wanted some additional work done and rather than having to drive back, he worked it out so I could take a loaner home and they could do the work right away for me so I only had to make one trip back. The service I received from Jim was excellent! More
