Let me preface this with this: I absolutely HATE car dealers and the car buying experience. I’ve never had a good experience-until now. I messaged the dealer online on a 2021 Tacoma and Jim Hayes got ba dealers and the car buying experience. I’ve never had a good experience-until now. I made a verbal offer prior to coming in so I wouldn’t waste my time and Jim let me know that we might be able to work something out. The price was well under KBB value and there were no hidden fees like other dealers typically have. I am extremely happy with both Jim and my experience at Inver Grove Toyota.
