Great Experience!! 5 Star service from start to finish!! We first met Jim when the new 2017 Honda Ridgeline came out. We had a 2005 Pilot and were thinking of trading 5 Star service from start to finish!! We first met Jim when the new 2017 Honda Ridgeline came out. We had a 2005 Pilot and were thinking of trading it in. He showed us the new truck and it's features with no pressure to buy. We met with him again this summer to look at new Pilots and again he was very professional, answered all of our questions and never pressured us to do anything immediately. After reviewing all of the features of the different SUV's we decided to buy a new 2018 Honda CRV. We shopped all of the local dealers to see who could give us the best deal and came back to Jim to see what he could offer. Not only was he able to find us exactly what we were looking for, Piazza Honda Springfield beat everyone's price!! If you think car buying can be stressful then call Jim for a stress free experience.
