Jim Helmig from Havertown, I been with Piazza Honda since 2004. I've been working for Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill 2004 and now Springfield since 2015. I've been selling cars for 22 years now and I'm very customer focused, I believe to have a good time with the customer knowing that car shopping is not the most pleasant experience, I'd like to be thorough with the customer about all the features of the car to make sure it's the car they're looking for. Many of my customers thank me for being so honest it makes a difference. My ideal customer is one that has done the research on the car and knows exactly what they want. Or I will listen to the customer tell me exactly what they're looking for.So I can match them up to the car that fits their needs. In my time off I like watching sports Eagles, Flyers,and Philles.

Great sales experience! Jim helped me to get my 2nd car from Piazza Honda. I don’t know much about cars, but he made everything very simple and easy. My second new CRV I just bought my second new CRV from Jim Helmig. I was very happy with my treatment and the deal I received from Jim with my 2015 Honda CRV. Unfortu I just bought my second new CRV from Jim Helmig. I was very happy with my treatment and the deal I received from Jim with my 2015 Honda CRV. Unfortunately that car was totaled in an accident so I went right back to Jim and bought a new 2018 Honda CRV. I was very happy with the way my CRV kept me safe in the accident and I am now a firm believer in Honda’s safety technology. Both purchases from Jim and Piazza Honda of Springfield have been great. I knew which car I wanted and the price I would pay This is the second car I have purchased from Piazza Honda of Springfield and it won't be the last. I knew which car I wanted and the price I would pay for it. They agreed to the price and got me into the car as fast as it could be prepped. The salesman, Jim Helmig, did a good job of entertaining me while we waited for the car. The Finance Manager offered to transfer the Zurich Shield policy from my old car without my asking. I was very well taken care of. More
