Jim Helmig from Havertown, I been with Piazza Honda since 2004. I've been working for Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill 2004 and now Springfield since 2015. I've been selling cars for 22 years now and I'm very customer focused, I believe to have a good time with the customer knowing that car shopping is not the most pleasant experience, I'd like to be thorough with the customer about all the features of the car to make sure it's the car they're looking for. Many of my customers thank me for being so honest it makes a difference. My ideal customer is one that has done the research on the car and knows exactly what they want. Or I will listen to the customer tell me exactly what they're looking for.So I can match them up to the car that fits their needs. In my time off I like watching sports Eagles, Flyers,and Philles.

I'm in Lancaster PA. and contacted several dealerships for pricing on the vehicle I wanted. Springfield had the best pricing, and also the best communications and custome and contacted several dealerships for pricing on the vehicle I wanted. Springfield had the best pricing, and also the best communications and customer focus. The top 3 for me and they scored 10s on all of them. Gage Alexander was willing to work with me via texts and phone calls to set pricing. Jim Helmig handled the site visit and "new car training", Anessa handled financing, all went smoothly and stress free. 110% would recommend working with them. More

The sales portion of the Piazza Honda dealership in Springfield is outstanding. It is clean, comfortable and well organized. The sales staff is knowledgeable of their products and aren’t pushy. However, the paperwork involved in picking up the car needs streamlining. The young lady was certainly accommodating and friendly but I felt pressured to buy the extended warranty. I was overwhelmed by that and was turned off by it. More
