I was not planning on trading in my car but due to some unforeseen needed repairs that would have cost more than my old car was worth, I decided to ask about leasing options. I didn’t think another BMW was going to work in my budget so I started looking elsewhere but when I finally sat down with Jim Hirsch at Circle BMW to talk about lease options, I found out I was wrong! Right off the bat, Jim was down to earth and honest. He worked tirelessly to make sure I got the best deal possible and found me a beautiful 2020 X2 in my budget! Everywhere else I went gave me a runaround, made me wait, tried to convince me that I was getting the best deal, insulting my intelligence. As a woman, the car buying experience can be stressful but Jim understood what I needed, was straight forward from the beginning and throughout the process, and didn’t play games. He gave me the car buying experience I wanted and did not get from Volvo, Jeep, or Subaru! This is the 2nd car I’ve gotten from Circle BMW and I will keep doing business there and with Jim, he was the best! More
