Jim was honest, easy going, answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with our lease deal. He worked with us throughout the process and allowed us the time to make a decision without pressu and made us feel comfortable with our lease deal. I had an amazing experience with Circle BMW. Our sales rep, Jim, was incredibly attentive, helpful, and engaged. He was informative during my test drive, answering my questions, without over-selling me on elements of the car that didn’t matter to me personally. He listened to what I was hoping to accomplish in vehicle, features, lease term, and my monthly payment goals. I genuinely feel as though he went above and beyond in working with his management to meet my goals...and I walked away same day with a beautiful 2021 X3! He even took care of my previous vehicle’s last month lease payment and returned to the Jeep dealership himself, saving me a lot of time and energy. I’d 1000% recommend working with Jim...I know I will again in the future! More
