Outstanding Friendliness I was referred to Jim "Ike" Isaacson from the Service Manager, Dan Wich. I was in search for a new vehicle and Ike made me feel very comfortable and w I was referred to Jim "Ike" Isaacson from the Service Manager, Dan Wich. I was in search for a new vehicle and Ike made me feel very comfortable and went out of his way to accommodate my needs and wants. His personality was very easy going, fun, and unforgettable. Ike made me feel as though I was an equal and not someone he could "fool" or that I was below any understanding of the whole car buying process. In addition to his wonderful service and great demeanor, he is makes it his personal duty to make sure the vehicle is 100% to the satisfaction of the costumer. I was in the dealership and bought my car on Thursday, but due to him being out of the office the next two days, I have to take my new vehicle back in on Monday for the detailing and "extras" just so he is able to oversee the process and make sure everything is completed to his and my satisfaction. I would also like to compliment Dan Wich for all of his help, flexibility, and for taking care of me like a personal friend or family member. I would definitely recommend Dahl for to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. :) More
