The business has been family owned for several generations because of their trust worthy product and customer service. In our last experience, we bought an "as is" car and noticed that there were a few things that we felt should have completed before we took possession of the vehicle. We voiced our concerns and they were taken care of right away with no questions asked--even though it was on a chaotic Black Friday after Thanksgiving. The things were just overlooked, which we know happens sometimes, but Dahl Ford backed their product and demonstrated what our business meant to them. We would highly recommend Jim "ike" Isaacson. It's clear to see that he is a very busy figure at Dahl, but never too busy to take a call on his business line or cell phone. He also met with us about 4 times throughout the process. Even just for repairs or oil changes, we really like Dan Wich in the service department. While our car was being serviced, they went so far as to get us a loaner. KV III is a very approachable and nice manager. It is always a pleasure to see him out and about in the community and he always makes sure that we still love our vehicle(s). More

I walked in and was out with a new vehicle in about 4 hours which was good for me as I am not a patient person. When I go for my oil changes I always look forward to seeing April Ricketts. They have a great team of quality sales, service, and finance experts, but Jim, Terry and April are my favorites! I was attracted by the low prices, the inventory to choose from, and the trade-in values. After working with Ike over lunch, we hashed out the terms for a great deal on a new 2014 focus, I only needed my fiancé's opinion. In good faith, I was able to drive the Focus for the rest of the week so I could let her see it, drive it, and give an opinion. The great customer service and ability to work with me led to me driving home with a brand new car! Thanks to Ike, Terry, Garry and Dan for the best car buying experience I've ever had! More
