Great track record with us Our family has purchased our last few cars (1 new, 2 used, and 1 leased) from Dahl Ford. We plan to continue using Dahl for all of our car needs. The business has been family owned for several generations because of their trust worthy product and customer service. In our last experience, we bought an "as is" car and noticed that there were a few things that we felt should have completed before we took possession of the vehicle. We voiced our concerns and they were taken care of right away with no questions asked--even though it was on a chaotic Black Friday after Thanksgiving. The things were just overlooked, which we know happens sometimes, but Dahl Ford backed their product and demonstrated what our business meant to them. We would highly recommend Jim "ike" Isaacson. It's clear to see that he is a very busy figure at Dahl, but never too busy to take a call on his business line or cell phone. He also met with us about 4 times throughout the process. Even just for repairs or oil changes, we really like Dan Wich in the service department. While our car was being serviced, they went so far as to get us a loaner. KV III is a very approachable and nice manager. It is always a pleasure to see him out and about in the community and he always makes sure that we still love our vehicle(s). More

I walked in and was out with a new vehicle in about 4 hours which was good for me as I am not a patient person. Helped me decide what warranty and packages were available to me. General manager Tim Thompson was very friendly, took the time to talk to me and my family.
