2017 F150 XLT I had a great experience at Dahl Ford working with Jim. Good Experience in Bad Weather Jim Isaacson was very helpful and offered a lot of guidance while I shopped for my newest car. NEW CUSTOMER AT DAHL FORD Well, Ike did it again. That's twice in 3 months. My grandson came to pick me up on 3/23/2019, in his well battered used car so we could make a trip Well, Ike did it again. That's twice in 3 months. My grandson came to pick me up on 3/23/2019, in his well battered used car so we could make a trip to auto zone to see why the "check engine" light came on 4 days ago. It was all bad news and the list of problems was long. We had a lower budget so we shopped all day at those corner lots to try to come up with something better than what he had. Finally, after coming up short, I said lets go out to Dahl Ford and talk to Ike. We left with a 2009 Ford Escape and my Grandson is beyond happy. The transaction went well beyond the closing time to seal the deal and no one complained even though our purchase was not high end. I kept apologizing to Ike and offering to come back the next day, but he wouldn't have it and gave us the time we needed. The next day, I got a message from my Grandson saying how much he loved the car. Thank you for adopting my Grandson into the Dahl Ford Family. More

Great cars, great service I went with a quote from another dealership to see if they could match or beat the price. We were also interested in a different color for the vehicle I went with a quote from another dealership to see if they could match or beat the price. They located a vehicle with the requested color and necessary options, shipped it in, made a excellent price quote, gave a great price for my trade in (another Ford), and found great financing. Ike sold me a new to me car. I moved here in 1978 from Massachusetts and I have bought all of my cars at Dahl. In the years that I have been driving, I was involved in two accide I moved here in 1978 from Massachusetts and I have bought all of my cars at Dahl. In the years that I have been driving, I was involved in two accidents and the body shop was fantastic to work with. I only had one really negative experience in all these years. I really appreciate how Ike takes the time to note things that are important to me at the time I am shopping for a car. For instance, he mentioned that he remembered that I was not crazy about the color red before showing me a red car that he thought was right for me and that I ultimately did buy and now love. Had he just showed me the red car I think I would have said NO I don't like red cars, but knowing that he thought it was the right car for me opened me up for consideration. I look forward to our continued relationship for my automobile needs in the future. More
