Regarding the issue with your Nissan Rogue's door lock, we've worked extensively to address it, involving both the Nissan tech line and replacing the handle and BCM. Each time the vehicle has been in for service, we've been unable to duplicate the problem, and Nissan has reviewed the data sent over. Thank you for your response. As I have stated multiple times, I cannot duplicate the alarm issue myself. I had my car for over 3 years with NO ISSUES, then I brought it to Norwood Nissan and left the lot with this issue, so someone that worked on my car did something to cause this alarm issue. In regards to the car rental, Nissan Norwood did offer a rental, however you forgot to mention that whatever company you use only has sedans. And as I told you multiple times, I got very sick and broke my back and fractured my lower spine. That is why I have an SUV. I cannot comfortably get in and out of a sedan without experienci...
