Professional and friendly from start to finish. I drove up, got out of the car and started looking ... Jim came out (in the rain)and greeted me and my wife. I described the car I was interested in, he unde up, got out of the car and started looking ... Jim came out (in the rain)and greeted me and my wife. I described the car I was interested in, he understood and took me straight to it, opened it up and let me take all the time I needed to look at it. I did not actually purchase the car until over two weeks later. During that time frame, we communicated several times via phone, but I did not get a ton of calls or feel pressure to purchase from Jim at all. He understood my work schedule and worked with me. Overall, I would say that I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend Jim "Jimmy Mac" to anyone looking to purchase a car. Did my purchase completely virtual . Never had to go in the dealership . Everything was done online and through the mail . I’m very happy with the vehicle and the service I received .
