Quickest Sale and Finance that I have every dealt with Jimmy Mac and Brad Grellner are good to deal with. Jim was willing to work with my schedule and time restraints. Between Jim and Brad they had all the Jimmy Mac and Brad Grellner are good to deal with. Jim was willing to work with my schedule and time restraints. Between Jim and Brad they had all the finance papers ready for me to sign so I could get back to my conference meetings in STL. They were willing to delivery the Ram truck to Columbia MO later in the week after I got back home from my business trip and conference. More

Best experience, start to finish! When it comes to buying a car, this is the place to go! I was concerned we wouldn't get the proper attention, as we were buying a used Cadillac instea When it comes to buying a car, this is the place to go! I was concerned we wouldn't get the proper attention, as we were buying a used Cadillac instead of new, but that was not the case at all. Robert Clark set us an appointment with Jim McCormack and the rest is history. Jim did not pressure us or try to sway or decision in any way. He was very thorough and did a great job answering any question we had. Once we had picked out the car, it was time to go over to Brad Grellner to finish up the paperwork. Brad was equally just as easy to deal with and worked quickly to get us wrapped up as soon as possible. He worked with us to insure we got the lowest interest rate possible and did not try to pressure us into buying anything extra that we did not need. The whole experience was quick and painless. They have won my business from here on out and I will certainly be pointing folks there way! More

In & Out...Best Car Buying Experience! Most pleasurable car buying experience we've had! It was a great experience working with Jim McCormack and it's easy to understand why he has been th Most pleasurable car buying experience we've had! It was a great experience working with Jim McCormack and it's easy to understand why he has been the salesman of the century! Brad Grellner handled the financing piece and it was a smooth transaction and and enjoyable, yes enjoyable, time spent with him . There was NO pressure and it was a very professional approach to a big purchasing decision. Great guys and dealership, in-fact there were several vehicles that would have been a good fit but the Camaro was the most "fun". Hopefully we won/t be purchasing another vehicle for a couple of years but when we do we will definitely go back to ELCO. More
