We bought a car from Jimmy Mack / ELCO Chevrolet at the end of November. When I went to the DMV to register it, I was told the safety inspection hadn’t been completed, which was frustrating after spending end of November. When I went to the DMV to register it, I was told the safety inspection hadn’t been completed, which was frustrating after spending over two hours there. I called ELCO and Jimmy was quick to help—he got me in right away and the issue was resolved within 30–45 minutes. While it shouldn’t have happened, I really appreciate the responsiveness and effort to make it right. More
