I had the pleasure of working with Chad Holsinger as my MB service advisor and he was absolutely exceptional to work with and I will absolutely request him again in the future! I had previously used a diff MB service advisor and he was absolutely exceptional to work with and I will absolutely request him again in the future! I had previously used a different MB dealer for several years but after repeated visits where they either could not fix several issues correctly or missed checking issues I requested with my GLS550 and had no follow up it was time to make a change and I decided to return to Fletcher Jones MB who I had not been to in years. I spoke with Chad who impressed me from the first conversation with his excellent communication, thoroughness in explaining the repairs covered under warranty and what wasn't and didn’t randomly suggest a ton of other services that were not yet required based on the MN recommended service intervals. He also stayed in constant communication with me about things the tech found and when the repairs would be completed which I appreciated. Also their techs were definitely much more experienced compared to my last dealer experience as I had what I thought was a suspension issue and the other dealer attempted to fix with replacing a torsion bar which didn’t fix the issue as it turned out to be a bad motor mount which the skilled Fletcher Jones tech identified and fixed and resolved they issue. I had a great experience at Fletcher Jones MB Chicago and will go so far as to say that Chad is exactly what every Mercedes dealer should use as the standard for service advisor excellence. I unfortunately hit a pothole on the Eisenhower that popped my tire - I had PTSD that the headache of having a blown tire would be causing me to be carless for a few days which I couldn’t afford. The Mercedes team sent out a tow truck (which the tow service with Moe was phenomenal) and then when I got to the dealership they fixed the tire situation and got my car back to me SAME DAY! I located my purchase online and am an out-of-state buyer so I wasn't physically in the store. With that, the sales and finance team treated me very well and were super responsive in answering questions, pr so I wasn't physically in the store.
