He was very courteous and polite. He thanked us for choosing to purchase from WG. He really made us feel like our money and time was valued there. Jim Kostack and his staff made it very easy to do business. I have never owned a BMW until the week after my wife bought her X3 from Jim. I am extremely pleased with my 330xi! One of the worst dealerships I have ever had to deal with. Purchased a 2020 X4M in June during pandemic. Met with the finance department to sign paperwork and take delivery when I was asked it I wanted with. Purchased a 2020 X4M in June during pandemic. Met with the finance department to sign paperwork and take delivery when I was asked it I wanted to purchase the over priced Tire and Wheel protection and the maintenance agreement ($2700 and $2100). My first question was are they refundable if I sell the vehicle. Response was very clear “absolutely the only thing is it would be prorated “ well after 6 months with the vehicle I decided to sell it and when I went back to the dealer the finance department finally responded to my 3rd request 1 1/2 weeks later. There response was the maintenance agreement stays with the car and and am entitled to $0 dollars. Then it took Jim Kostack 1 1/2 weeks to get back to me to tell me the same thing and bring absolutely no value to this refund. So basically I was lied to at time of delivery and this completely worthless sales manager Jim Kostack told me I should have read the fine print in the contract. PLEASE BE WARNED about this dealership. I also was never able to get an appointment with the service department as well. Overall this is the worst high end BMW dealership in the area. I would opt for BMW Devon that was much more professional and will not lie to you. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM WEST GERMAN BMW. Worst experience of my life. More
