Following a frustrating service experience my wife had, I left a review expressing our concerns. We were subsequently contacted by the General Manager, Jim Kostack. To his credit, Jim invited me in for a conversation, and we spent time discussing what happened. He was receptive to my concerns and took them seriously. Rather than dismissing the situation, Jim looked into the issue thoroughly, speaking directly with the staff involved. Jim exceeded my expectations by taking meaningful action to help ensure that similar situations don’t happen again—not just for us, but for future customers as well. Additionally, he refunded part of the payment for work that, while possibly recommended, was not necessary and may have been misrepresented.
