I think it's unusual for a family member to take that much interest in a customer. I really appreciate that he was a part of my buying experience. I felt very at ease at Rodman and there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a vehicle. They were upfront and transparent which made my buying experience very comfortable. I went to numerous dealerships before Rodman to gather info and prices to make an informed decision. I purposely saved Rodman for last as I've had several friends who've purchased vehicles there and have been very satisfied.
