Great New Car Experience Jim Leathers and Wayne Eagle were great to work with on our new F150 Platinum Super Crew truck. We continue to have a great experience with car sales at Dick Smith Ford. Jim and Wayne explained the features and benefits of the F150. We test drove a Raptor also but the F150 better fit my wife as this is now her primary vehicle after trading in a Taurus SHO. We appreciate the attention to detail, the new vehicle preparation, paperwork processing and finally taking the keys. It is great to see Dick Smith Ford continue the excellence expected from a long time business of the Kansas City area. Keep it up! More

A Great Experience for Buying a Car I recently just bought a car from this dealership and the customer service was outstanding. Both Shane Loya and Jim Leathers gave me the attention to detail I needed to make this purchase and feel comfortable with the car.
