Pleasant, jovial, and patient do not even begin to describe these two gentlemen. Although we knew what we were looking for in a Subaru, Jim just reassured us that we were making the right choice. Derek has got to be the BEST finance guy anywhere. I usually HATE this part of the process with the pushing additional products and warranties but that was not the case. I honestly didn’t want to leave his office. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and working with Jim and Derek again!! More
