The tech was nice but I was rarely contacted about my vehicle. I had to call to find out what was going on and I had to return 3 times in order to get my vehicle fixed correctly. I am hoping and praying that everything is solved this time. I think a customer service training may be helpful to the team. For example, how to keep in touch with your client from start to finish when they drop the vehicle off. A class like this may be helpful. Each time my vehicle was at this location, I never heard back during the interim, until it was time to pick my vehicle up. As I stated, I always had to call to get updates. Also, if a customer’s car is there for over a month, it would be nice to get it back washed and vacuumed. :) More
