I'm a huge fan of the underdog, whether it be the Cleveland sports teams, the runt of the litter, the disadvantaged or just the everyday average human being struggling to find some happiness in life. I try to smile often because I know a smile is contagious and I'm always trying to bring a little happiness to anyone who crosses my path. Nothing excites me more than helping someone to achieve a goal or a dream and it's especially exhilarating when you help a less fortunate person to purchase a car.

When we were ready to purchase, he reviewed the features of the vehicle, coordinated pricing for the vehicle, and followed up on the purchase. He is such a professional but also has an amazing sense of humor! He is simply the best! Financing was another highlight during the purchasing process. Steve did an excellent job with our purchase. He made sure that we received the best deal that Halleen could offer us was such a pleasure to work with, too! We will return to Kia again! More
