I'm a huge fan of the underdog, whether it be the Cleveland sports teams, the runt of the litter, the disadvantaged or just the everyday average human being struggling to find some happiness in life. I try to smile often because I know a smile is contagious and I'm always trying to bring a little happiness to anyone who crosses my path. Nothing excites me more than helping someone to achieve a goal or a dream and it's especially exhilarating when you help a less fortunate person to purchase a car.

I have been buying and leasing cars from Kia of North Olmsted for years. Jim has been the best salesman to work with. There is never any pressure. He is very clear when going over the deal. There are no Olmsted for years. Jim has been the best salesman to work with. There is never any pressure. He is very clear when going over the deal. There are no surprises and he makes sure that I get the vehicle that I want. He also took me back and introduced me to the service department so I know where to go and who to talk to for my service needs. I just bought my wife a new Sportage. There are ALOT of electronics in this vehicle. While I was in financing he spent a half hour or more going over the operation of all the options with my wife. She loves the car and everything it is able to do. Jim is a huge asset to your company. I will be back for more vehicles. More
