Happy Birthday surprise! My children and I were able to surprise my Daddy with an 84th birthday surprise with the help of Jim McCoy and Wallace Nissan!! I can’t say enough fab My children and I were able to surprise my Daddy with an 84th birthday surprise with the help of Jim McCoy and Wallace Nissan!! I can’t say enough fabulous things about Jim and his whole team! The car is fantastic but that’s only part of it! The transaction was seamless, honest, and straightforward. Jim helped the whole way through with integrity and kindness! My Daddy has been diagnosed with Satge 4 terminal cancer and his greatest pleasures are loving the Lord, his family and the golf course. And now he’s going to ride out the last little bit of time here with us in his Cadillac from Wallace Nissan! My only regret is that we waited 84 years to buy Daddy his first real birthday surprise! Thank you Jim McCoy!! More

They were patient with me every t From start to finish the entire staff and salesmen at Wallace Nissan of Kingsport were very helpful and very polite. They were patient with me every time I stopped by to find the vehicle that suited me best and always were eager to make sure I had all the information I needed. Once we found the right truck they were very fast with getting me in and out and on the road. I plan on going back for all of my maintenance services and future car buying. They have the best selection of new and pre owned vehicles and some of the best warranties I’ve seen. I’d recommend this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing their next vehicle. Huge thanks to salesman Jim McCoy for being there for every step and and answering any questions I had! More
