Very honest, and no pressure. Had what we wanted. We weren't planning on buying, but were looking to trade our Fusion in on something larger. A salesman came to us and just asked if we were looking or interested in trading. He was someone we felt like we knew for a long time. No pressure and honest. He even asked at first if anyone else there that we preferred to help us. (Never had that experience before). Before you knew it, we are the owners of a Ford Explorer Limited. Even before we signed final papers, He asked if we were sure about this. He said there was no pressure. (That was a first). After we made the deal, he even spent time going over all the functions to the vehicle... and that was many. (That never happened before at other dealers. They just asked if any questions and gave us keys)) I want to thank Jim Meagher for being the BEST salesmen we have ever met. He then made sure the vehicle was held for us as we live almost an hour away, and was able to take care of all of the paperwork seamlessly for us.
