I have purchased several new and used vehicles in my life time and this was by far the best experience that I have had. Jim was not only honest but he was also very upfront in explaining the whole process of the purchase. Never at any time was he pushy or overbearing in the process. In the future if I am buying another Ford product I will definitely talk with Jim first and I anticipate that if he cannot do a deal ten nobody can. Once the purchase was complete he went over the features of the new vehicles explaining the high tech things that the vehicle is equipped with at a level that was comfortably to me. They could have kept quiet and I would never have know about it (I thought I had a great deal as it was), but they are so honest and above board on every aspect of their sales and service.
