Jim was extremely nice and took time to answer, even though he was clearly in the middle of a lot, I went back a few days later when it was less busy to finalize the sale. The process couldn't have been easier. Additionally, the reason I chose Koeppel to purchase my new Mazda CX5 is because I purchased my previous CX5 at another dealer, but had all my service done at Koeppel. Their service department was consistently outstanding, so it was a slam dunk to purchase from them. In 5 years of dealing with Koeppel I have found every person I've come in contact with friendly and helpful. Clearly coming from top down. Thanks guys ! More

I wasn't sure if I wanted a small sports car or an SUV so I decided to wait a little longer to make a final decision. I was given e-mails about the cars since I was interested, but was never pushed into making a purchase. I came back 6 months later and I saw a blue Mazda 3 which I fell in love with immediately. Jim Mendez remembered me from 6 months ago and he was available for a test drive. He was patient, and informative about the car. He explained in detail about what needs to be done in order to buy the car (e.g. certified check, insurance Id card, and binder). He answered all my questions. I was also taken care of by Steve Kontonicolaou. He went above and beyond to help me get the approval. He stayed at work until 9:45 pm making calls to help me and it was such a blessing to hear that I got approval. He gave me great advice with the finances. I'm so happy with my new car. It was exactly what I wanted. What a wonderful group of humble, respectful, and helpful people who are there for you. This was such a great experience. I would recommend my family and friends to go to Koeppel Mazda. Thank you all for your help and patience! More

He continuously shares his expertise and wisdom with his customers during the entire process. This was something I was able to witness first hand. He treats every individual that walks into his organization with honesty and respect. I did not only leave with an amazing deal. I also left with lasting life lessons taught by Saiful himself. Jim (Asst. Sales Manager) is extremely knowledgeable about the Mazda brand. Jim is amazing with following up. He went above and beyond when I had questions about the different models. He was able to give myself and my family peace of mind while shopping for a brand new car, which we all know is close to priceless. Steve (Finance) made the finance portion of purchasing a new car a breeze. He worked diligently to help us obtain the best financing available. But almost immediately upon arriving I was greeted by Jim Mendez from sales who basically walked me through the whole process in a very patient, friendly and professional manner. From then on everything was a breeze. I was totally at ease after that. After I settled on my choice I was then introduced to Steve from finance who was just as friendly and patient as Jim. He actually made closing the deal an enjoyable experience. I consider myself very lucky to have had a great buying experience with a dealership. It’s not a very common occurrence.. I would gladly recommend the services of Jim and Steve to anyone looking to buy a car without having the feeling of being pressured or mislead into a deal that they would regret later. A+ experience. I’ve been dreading the day of having to buy a new car, mainly because of all the dealer horror stories friends have shared with me but luckily that was not my experience at all. As soon as I walked on to Koeppel Mazda’s lot I was greeted by Jay and treated like family. He was patient, friendly, and transparent. I came in with a budget in mind and I feel he went above and beyond to ensure we stayed within what I could afford and with what I actually needed in the vehicle. With Jay’s help I was able to surprise my wife with a brand new CX-5 for Mother’s Day.
