I took a test drive and fell in love with the new Rav4, and made an appointment the next week to make everything official. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour and a half. Jim had everything ready by the time I arrived and was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting Entune set up for me and showing me the ins and outs of my new vehicle. Great experience! More

Great buying experience We came to Maplewood Toyota with the purpose of learning more about the Rav4 and the possibility of purchasing one . We were looking for a car with n We came to Maplewood Toyota with the purpose of learning more about the Rav4 and the possibility of purchasing one . We were looking for a car with new safety features, particularly the technology package. Our expectation was to simply learn more and perhaps sit inside a Rav4 to see what the visibility was from the car. Jim Miller was the person who came to offer his help. He began answering questions and gave us an opportunity to sit inside a Rav4. Then he offered us the opportunity to drive one with the technology package. He made us feel comfortable all along and did not pressure us at any point. After driving the car, we realized it was what we were looking for. Jim then began talking with us about how we might envision a deal to purchase the car. We discussed a car to trade in and a amount of of money we would pay. At first his amounts and ours didn't quite fit, so he asked what we felt would be comfortable for us. He got the ok from the manager and we purchased the car. All along the way, we were made comfortable with the process. When we returned to finish the purchase, Jim spent considerable time with us showing us all the many features of our new car. We are very pleased with the entire experience at Maplewood Toyota and the car we have purchased. More

A dream come true! I have often thought how this all happened and it makes me feel like I was struck with lightening but I do know better.
