He knows cars and allows you confidence and needed knowledge to look for in a used car. Something we customers only do a few times a life time; purchase what is direly important to us. One thing I noticed which may be a custom, by your company. I hope so. My Honda had brand new oil. I wisely took it to see if it needed an oil change immediately. I am older, 78, and a bit slow, naturally. He made darn sure I understood my car before I happily left with it and carefully spelled out how, where, what to do about registering it back in my home state and how to transfer my old one to my daughter. I highly recommend Jim and your company. More
