We had not purchased a new vehicle since 1985 & it was our first Toyota, purchased at Maplewood Toyota. We have owned nothing but Toyota’s since. From our initial phone contact with Janie to Salesman Jim Miller to finance with AJ, each performed very professional and treated us right. We highly recommend Jim Miller, who we spent most of our time with. He’s a good listener, very product knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Jim followed up with all our questions and requests we had, making my wife & I feel very comfortable. Jim was honest about what he could do for us, provided a fair price with no pressure. Picking up the new vehicle was smooth and Jim made sure to walk through the options & references before we left. Most notable, during the final paperwork of our car purchase, we were offered several different extended warranty coverage packages. However, we did not feel pressured into buying anything extra we did not need and we really appreciated learning about our options but not being over-sold extras. Jim is a pro who knows his job. I had researched my purchase and came in with a lot of specific questions. Most of them he knew, and the ones he didn't he quickly researched. Once I made the decision purchase and came in with a lot of specific questions. Most of them he knew, and the ones he didn't he quickly researched. Once I made the decision to purchase, the entire purchase process took about 45 minutes and half of that was in the vehicle where Jim helped me familiarize and link up apps. I've never had such a professional and efficient purchase experience. From the longevity of tenure of your employees, it is clear you train and great them well.
