Jim is a pro who knows his job. I had researched my purchase and came in with a lot of specific questions. Most of them he knew, and the ones he didn't he quickly researched. Once I made the decision purchase and came in with a lot of specific questions. Most of them he knew, and the ones he didn't he quickly researched. Once I made the decision to purchase, the entire purchase process took about 45 minutes and half of that was in the vehicle where Jim helped me familiarize and link up apps. I've never had such a professional and efficient purchase experience. From the longevity of tenure of your employees, it is clear you train and great them well.
