The one star is only because the car itself is nice and I do like it. Be on full alert in your dealings here though. Dot EVERY I and cross EVERY T with this place. I had a written OTD deal that was also agreed to in documented texts and when I went to sign and close it, it was $368 higher. I had to beg to get $165 of that off and agree to pay the added $203 over the previously agreed OTD just as a good faith gesture to close the deal. I drove a longs ways to make the deal and they took advantage of that. Additionally, during the test drive I specifically asked about a second key and the salesman replied, “We don’t keep them together; the second key is separated so they aren’t both lost at the same time.”. I said, “Oh, makes sense.”. That would imply that there was a second key. Only after I signed to close the deal and on my way out was I then told, “oh I’m sorry, looks like the auction only gave us one key, I can connect you with my key guy.” I questioned it given I had previously asked about the second key to be told by the salesman that he’d “lean on his management” to fix the problem because he did remember me specifically asking about it. Only, he did nothing and when I later escalated to management, he lied and said he told me before the sale about only being one key. I get why. He messed up and would have had to cover it, so lying was easier and cheaper for him. I’ll add that the one key also had a dead battery which was also supposed to be fixed and was not. All of this was recorded in texts and screenshots (that I won’t initially attach to my feedback out of what little respect I have for the personal names on the documents). Not good enough. You might want to consider wearing a wire to record all your conversations or taking a lawyer in this place with you? Good luck! I do want to say, the one and only gentleman in the finance department seems like a good person trying to do a mountain of work with inadequate resources. I feel bad he has to spring these bad deals on people all day. Anyway, I’ll live and life will go one for me. If you’re on a tight budget though, I’d avoid this place. Also know you will have NO recourse with management if something goes wrong. If you’re ok with all that, buy away. More

These guys really gave me a good deal and worked with me on a car they knew I’d love. Noah, Jared and James N. Really helped me out.
